  • Relax & Read (1 Hour): Reading or listening to an audiobook.

Morning Workout (8:30 – 9:00 AM) 💪🏽

  • Yoga Namaste: Preparing body and mind before training.
  • 3 Rounds of:
    • 21 Knee-ups & Straight Leg Raises (on the floor)
    • 15 Pull-ups

Café & Writing (10:00 AM) ☕️

  • Protein Shake: Refueling after training.
